Pieces made to order or to your size are made after you order and take [production time]. Every piece arrives in Suzana's gift packaging. If you mark your order as a gift, there are no prices in the box.

Returns

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your piece. Message us on WhatsApp or email [email], and return the piece unworn in its original packaging. The full rules, including the cancellation fee and the exceptions for pieces made especially for you, are in our terms of sale.

Something wrong?

If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right.
